Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting the Our Lady of La Vang Foundation. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns of eligible merchandise within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized or customized merchandise, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact the OLLV Foundation at info@ollvfoundation.org or (714) 282-4290. Please include your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
We will provide instructions for returning the merchandise if your return is approved. Please do not send merchandise back before receiving return instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ollvfoundation.org. Please include your order number and, when possible, photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Return Shipping
Unless an item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or quantity, you may return the eligible item according to this policy and place a new order, subject to availability.
